If you did not know already: IE does not display this site correctly. This is because Microsoft has chosen not to follow the same internationally accepted web standards that it helped craft.
I highly recommend a safer, more standards compliant browser such as Mozilla Firefox or even Opera. Both are free to download, easy to install, easy to use. B.
